We started the construction business so we could build our own projects. Now that we’re working with clients, we simply don’t have the ability to look at your project differently than one of ours. So, our pitch is simple – we treat the project as if it were one of our own.

A common sentiment, when hiring a General Contractor, is that there are 3 important factors to consider: timeline, price & quality – but you can only choose two. Continuing this thread, we direct our focus on keeping high quality building standards and completing each job on an efficient timeline.

We do not strive to be the cheapest builders. We have certain standards that we refuse to go against. That being said, we communicate with expected overages, aggressively bid sub contractors, and offer value engineering ideas. The most unique differentiator, however, is our pricing model. 

Open-Book Pricing Model

Hidden fees are a plague in our industry. When we produce an estimate for the job — we give you a hard-cost estimate.

All of our bulk discounts on labor and material are completely passed through to you. In other words, this estimate is exactly what we would pay if we were building our own job. Then, we have one single line item for our GC Fee, which is a fixed fee for our service to manage the process.

Nothing is hidden, nobody is left guessing. We find this complete transparency allows us to get on the same team as our clients. Your goals become our goals and we set to work on executing.
